Brilliant service. Friendly, professional and kept to times promised. The scooter was in immaculate condition and the charge lasted the whole 10 days of our holiday. I have severe arthritis, sometimes scooters tend to become uncomfortable after 30 minutes, but I was able to sit in this one without needing to adjust position drastically. We decided that to make the best of our holiday it would be best to hire a wheelchair for my partners mum, who can walk short distances with a stick but cannot enjoy the surroundings. I found Costa Mobility online and spoke to Marcel who was very helpful, we collected the wheelchair the same day and it made a huge difference to the holiday. The wheelchair was well maintained and we were given a quick overview of how to use it in particular the quick release wheels. On the final day Marcel called to see how we were getting on and to remind us of the shop closing time, which was really kind as if we had forgot we would be charged more. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend the services available and the pricing was very reasonable. Thank you for helping us enjoy our holiday!
