My friend is of an age and an infirmness when a mobility scooter became a necessity. After checking reviews and local businesses we bought at Costa Mobility Service in Albir - quite some distance away - but well worth the 1 hour journey. Excellent service. Really helpful - and we were able to try the scooter before buying. We cannot fault these people. They took their time discussing all options and how to dismantle the scooter for transporting, charging, when to charge - everything. Amazing people. They even messaged outside working hours and we managed to arrange and buy a second hand scooter that was perfect for our needs. We used this service last week for my Dad. It was his first time to use a mobility scooter. The service was wonderful and the team in the office in Albir were very helpful. The mobility scooter was very easy to use. We all had a very enjoyable day where we walked from Albir to Altea whilst my Dad was driving alongside us on the mobility scooter. Thank you. Brilliant service. Friendly, professional and kept to times promised. The scooter was in immaculate condition and the charge lasted the whole 10 days of our holiday. I have severe arthritis, sometimes scooters tend to become uncomfortable after 30 minutes, but I was able to sit in this one without needing to adjust position drastically. Highly recommend this service. Thank you!
