I was arranging the purchase of a new electric wheelchair for my grandma from England, and the whole process was made incredibly easy thanks to their fantastic customer service. I simply sent a message to enquire, and they came to my grandma’s home the very next day. They brought several different wheelchair models with them so they could properly assess her needs and make sure she found the right fit. Nothing felt rushed or like they were simply trying to make a sale — they genuinely cared about finding the best option for her. The fact that everything could be arranged through WhatsApp made the whole experience so simple, especially as I was organising everything remotely from England. Communication was excellent, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and I always felt confident that my grandma was in safe hands. The level of care, professionalism and personal service we received was exceptional. My grandma now has a wheelchair that is perfect for her, and we couldn’t be happier. Amazing service from start to finish. We emailed a few months in advance to arrange a scooter for my elderly parents, brilliant advice based on local knowledge meant we hired 2 premium scooters rather than a tandem. Delivered and collected to and from our location of choice, gave all safety info and instructions to my parents and they had an amazing time being able to enjoy the local area of Benissa. Really would recommend them to anyone in need of a way to get around if mobility is reduced. Thanks again for all the support in booking and hope to see you again next time :)
